Who we are
This website, dscrrefinance.com, is operated by Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS #2827624) under the DSCR Refinance brand. References to “we” or “us” mean Loan Daddy LLC.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated property value, requested loan amount, occupancy, and any message you include.
- Attribution information: the page where you first arrived, the referring website, and campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid or fbclid). This is stored in your browser for the session and sent with your request.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and similar data that web servers and hosting providers routinely log, used for security and fraud prevention.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and contact you about it by email, phone or text, with your consent
- To evaluate your scenario and compare financing options from wholesale lenders
